Repetitive Strain Injuries (R.S.I.) and Work Related Upper Limb Disorder (W.R.U.L.D.).
Over repetitive day actions and repeated poor sit positions can cause over use injuries such as tendonitis and muscular imbalances.
i.e. A typist may develop pain in the tendons of the forearms and / or aching in the shoulders, upper arms and neck.
Our sports therapist seeks help with pain relief and to find these imbalances and put them right.
