How about a tailor made program that is focused on you achieving your ultimate goal.

Let us help you train safely and with new found confidence for one of the biggest achievements of your life.

1-2-1 outdoor training

There can be many advantages to choosing outdoors training, You get to train locally; get some fresh in your lungs, there’s no need for a gym membership.

There are probably other reasons that you can think of why an outdoor workout would fit into your particular lifestyle.

So now all you have to do is let us show you what kind of activities can be done outside.

Running Club

The Running Club is designed to cater for all levels of fitness.

There is no pressure about how fast you should go.

Take it at your own pace, set your own goals and achieve them when you are ready.

You are guaranteed to find someone else in the club that you can run jog or walk with, and therefore you will be able to encourage each other.

The group will be run on at Saturday morning in the winter and Wednesday evening in the summer.

Questions and answers:

What do I need to bring?

Water

What do I need to wear?

Good running shoes and shorts, t-shirts etc

What does it cost ?

£5 per session or £15 every 5 sessions.

What if it rains?

You will receive an SMS at 6am if we decide to cancel the running club due to bad weather.
Otherwise you'll get wet.

Beginners running courses

We will also be doing beginners running courses.

These are 10 week courses and will be designed to take a walker and turn them into a runner!

The course will start with walking and running then gradually build up to continuous running.

Nutrition, sports therapy and personal training advice will be available at all times.

These courses are open to men and women and we will be running them quarterly throughout the year.

A course will cost £35 for ten weeks and will be limited at 15 people per group
