Will is the founder of “Hesketh Personal Training” .He represented his county at a youth level in both swimming and rugby union and had a short spell semi professional in rugby league.
With a wealth of experience in the fitness industry Will has been an assistant manager, personal trainer and fitness manager and as such has his own unique but well-informed approach to weight loss, health & fitness training. “Its true that a monthly program and setting short term and long term goals is important for structure, but everybody is different and every day is different so it also vital that we listen to our bodies, knowing when to push harder and when to back off to get to those results you seek effectively.”

Rob is a former semi profession footballer, who’s career was halted by a serious knee injury, prompting him to carve out a new a career in health and fitness.
6 years on Rob has enjoyed success working in both public and private gyms, around the country providing individual goal specific programmes, whatever the clients fitness and needs.
